But what is it for? Or how could I use it in my daily exercises? We explain what it consists of. Powdered magnesium as you know it can work for a better “grip” when you are going to lift a lot of weight with dumbbells or bars that tend to unsettle you and even without caution or a lot of weight cause some damage to your wrist.
What powdered magnesium allows is that you have a better “grip” with the bar, almost as natural as if you did it with your bare hand and without feeling the “discomfort” that many people feel when wearing gloves.
It helps you in a good way to avoid breaking your hand, even so DO NOT GIVE EVERYTHING, since as you repeat the same movement you can cut parts of your skin so you must be careful; but the powdered magnesium will minimize the harsh blow to your skin that if you did not use it at all.
