Description
Kettlebells are spherical in shape, looking like a cannonball with a flat base so it doesn't roll with a handle welded to the top. There are different weights which usually range between 4kg and 50kg. but there are even more kilos for professional competitions. They have even already released a kettlebell model with variable weight, being able to change it according to our needs without having to change the weight.
Uneven distribution of weight on the weight itself. Unlike more traditional dumbbells, kettlebells place most of their weight in the center, so the effort will be higher and we will work more muscle groups lifting the same amount of weight.
They're great for exercising:
• They develop the muscles and strength since they are very complete exercises and involve a large part of the muscles. The body works in unity, strength increases and cardiovascular endurance is improved.
• They improve coordination and also help increase agility.
• They imply a high metabolic rate.
• Both joints and flexibility are worked.
• Essential progression and regression tool oriented towards valid variations: Russian KB Swing, American KB Swing, KB Squat Swing, KB Double Knee Extension, KB Snatch, KB Clean, Shoulder Height Swing, Overhead Kettlebell Swing, Indian Club Swings and Bottoms-up Carry.
• Transfer of forces from the extremities to the center-core.
• Unique physiological-ballistic stimulus.
